HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Training Program for Miles4Madyson

Oconto Falls – HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital in Oconto Falls is a proud partner of Miles4Madyson, a 5K run/walk and 10K run taking place on Saturday, May 11 in Oconto.

The hospital has launched a free training program to help runners prepare for the event. The HSHS St. Clare Memorial Hospital Training Program for Miles4Madyson includes organized training runs, and also incorporates strength workouts and rest.

The training runs will take place every Saturday at 9 a.m., March 23 through May 4, and will start and finish at LPI Fitness, 6230 VanHecke Ave. in Oconto. Routes will be marked on the Copper Culture Trail and will be held in all weather, unless lightning is present. Water will be provided at the start and finish of each run, and athletic training and medical staff will be onsite.
